• We do not guarantee any specific volume of leads, inquiries, or conversions from Meta advertising campaigns.
• We do not guarantee any timeline for achieving investment results.
• Real estate markets fluctuate and are subject to risks beyond our control.
• Meta/Facebook/Instagram may change their algorithms, policies, or ad delivery systems at any time, affecting campaign performance.

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples displayed on our Site or in advertisements are for illustration purposes only and do not represent guarantees of future performance. Individual results vary based on numerous factors including market conditions, investment capital, timing, personal effort, and risk tolerance.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments made to bookgoals for any service — including but not limited to discovery calls, consultation packages, Meta advertising campaigns, or educational materials — are final and non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• No partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be provided.
• Discontinuing services does not entitle you to any refund.
• Unsatisfactory results, perceived lack of leads, or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5. User Obligations

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights

• Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated by you

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site or services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

The prevailing party in any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. You agree that any claim against bookgoals must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it shall be permanently barred.

11. Meta Advertising Compliance

Our Meta advertising campaigns comply with Facebook's Advertising Policies. However:

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Ad performance is subject to Meta's algorithms, which may change at any time.
• Ad accounts may be subject to review, restriction, or suspension by Meta.
• We cannot guarantee that ads will be approved, deliver impressions, or generate specific results.

By engaging with our Meta Ads campaigns, you acknowledge that advertising results are not guaranteed and that Meta's policies are outside our control.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Site and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our Site and services will immediately cease.
• No refunds will be issued for any payments made prior to termination.
• You will still be bound by all applicable sections of these Terms, including indemnification and limitation of liability.

13. Entire Agreement
