What We Provide

When you engage with our services — whether through a discovery call booking, consultation package, or marketing campaign — you are paying for:

- Strategic guidance on property investment opportunities
- Professional consultation sessions with founder Sanjit Adhikary
- Meta Ads campaign setup and management (where applicable)
- Educational content, market insights, and investment strategies
- Ongoing support and communication during our engagement period
What you get: Time, expertise, strategy, advertising efforts, and professional guidance. These are services that are delivered at the time of engagement — not products that can be "returned."
Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Understanding why refunds are not offered requires understanding what you are paying for. Here is a detailed explanation:
1. Services Are Delivered Immediately
When you book a discovery call or consultation, we allocate time, resources, and preparation specifically for you. That time cannot be resold or recovered. Our team prepares market research, reviews your investment criteria, and dedicates scheduled hours exclusively to your case. Once a call or consultation is delivered, the service has been provided in full.
2. Digital & Educational Nature of Services
Most of our offerings include digital content, strategies, frameworks, and educational materials. Once these are shared or accessed, they cannot be "unlearned" or returned. The value is in the knowledge transfer, which happens at the moment of delivery.
3. No Guaranteed Results in Real Estate or Advertising
Real estate investing and digital advertising involve variables outside our control — market conditions, buyer behavior, algorithm changes, economic factors, and individual execution. We provide strategies, guidance, and advertising efforts, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes like number of deals, profit amounts, or lead volume. Refunds based on unmet expectations would be impossible to quantify fairly.
4. Significant Time & Effort Investment
Before you even receive a service, we invest time in preparation, research, campaign setup, and strategy development. For Meta Ads campaigns, we spend hours setting up audiences, creatives, ad copy, tracking pixels, and optimization rules — all before any ad runs. This work has real value and is performed upfront.
5. Preventing Abuse of Services
A refund policy that allows cancellations after service delivery would be abused. Bad actors could consume consulting time, access strategies, download materials, then demand refunds. This would make it impossible for us to continue offering high-quality services to genuine clients.
What We CAN Do For You
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your success. Here is what we CAN do to support you:
- Provide additional consultation time — If you need further clarification or guidance, we offer extra support calls within reason.
- Review and optimize your strategy — We can revisit your investment approach and suggest improvements.

What We Cannot Guarantee
To maintain transparency and honesty, we explicitly state what we cannot promise:
- Specific number of property deals or closings
- Exact return on investment percentages or profit amounts
- Guaranteed lead volume from Meta advertising campaigns
- Predictable timelines for investment results
- Elimination of market risks or competition
- Property appreciation or rental yield guarantees
- Ad platform performance (Facebook/Instagram may change algorithms anytime)
No ethical real estate consultant or advertising expert can guarantee these outcomes. Anyone who does is selling false promises. We provide tools, strategies, and effort — you provide execution, capital, and patience.
